LEMON SALMON SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 2 pounds salmon cut up
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger
  • 8 slices peeled lemon
  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Pour the broth into a large pot, and bring to a boil. Mix in the butter.
  • Add the salmon to the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in the basil and ginger.
  • When fully cooked, remove the salmon and put on a serving plate. Top with a slice of lemon, and pour the broth on top. Enjoy!
