PORK BROTH STEW

Ingredients

pork backbones
cut up

coconut oil

chili powder

paprika

allspice

bone broth
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a large pot. Add in the pork backbones, and cook until darkened.
Pour in the bone broth, and then sprinkle in allspice, paprika and chili powder. Let simmer, on low heat, for 30 minutes.
Ladle into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
