PORK BROTH STEW

Ingredients

  • 6 pounds pork backbones cut up
  • 4 cups coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 5 cups bone broth
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pot. Add in the pork backbones, and cook until darkened.
  • Pour in the bone broth, and then sprinkle in allspice, paprika and chili powder. Let simmer, on low heat, for 30 minutes.
  • Ladle into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
