SIMPLE EGGS WITH EXTRA BROTH

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 quart bone broth
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons coconut  oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Coat a pan with the coconut oil, and place over low heat. In a pot, pour the broth in, and let simmer over low heat. Sprinkle in the parsley and turmeric.
  • Once cooked, split the eggs evenly on two plates. Pour the broth on both plates, and also in 2 mugs. Enjoy!
