SUPER VEGGIE BROTH

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces spinach
  • 10 ounces kale
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 1 quart bone broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot.
  • Pour in the ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Cook, covered, on low heat.
  • Ladle broth into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
