TURMERIC BEEF STEW

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 leeks chopped
  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 4 cups grass-fed beef shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • In a large pot, add in coconut oil, and then grass-fed beef, over a low to medium heat. Let the beef remain over the heat, and make sure it cooks all the way through.
  • Add in the bone broth, and place on low heat. After 5 minutes, stir in butter. Next, sprinkle in the leeks, turmeric, cilantro, and basil. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
