RIB EYE BONE BROTH

Ingredients

  • 6 grass-fed rib eye steaks
  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 cups bone broth
  • 5 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Coat a large pan with the coconut oil, and place steaks in pan. Cook at 450°F, for 10-15 minutes (or until desired). Make sure steaks are cooked thoroughly.
  • Remove steaks from oven, and let cool. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, and add remaining ingredients, stirring thoroughly. Let simmer over low heat, for 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle bone broth over steaks, lightly, and pour the rest into bowls.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
