Coat a large pan with the coconut oil, and place steaks in pan. Cook at 450°F, for 10-15 minutes (or until desired). Make sure steaks are cooked thoroughly.
Remove steaks from oven, and let cool. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, and add remaining ingredients, stirring thoroughly. Let simmer over low heat, for 10 minutes.
Drizzle bone broth over steaks, lightly, and pour the rest into bowls.
