SUPERFOOD STEW

Ingredients

  • 4 cups carrots shredded
  • 2 cup broccoli
  • 4 cups kale
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 quart bone broth
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Scoop coconut oil into a large pot, placed over low heat. Add the broth, and simmer. Slowly mix in the carrots, broccoli, kale and spinach. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add in the butter and cilantro, and mix in thoroughly. Let simmer for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
