SPINACH STEW

Ingredients

bone broth

tablespoons
grass-fed butter

tablespoons
coconut oil
4
cups
spinach

teaspoons
dried basil
1/4
teaspoon
allspice
Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Coat a large pot with the coconut oil, place over low heat, then pour in the bone broth.
Once melted, add in all other ingredients. Cook on low heat, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve, and enjoy!
