SPINACH STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Coat a large pot with the coconut oil, place over low heat, then pour in the bone broth.
  • Once melted, add in all other ingredients. Cook on low heat, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
