SIMPLE BOK CHOY SOUP

Ingredients

bone broth

heads bok choy
chopped

ghee

basil

chili powder

cayenne pepper

celery stalks
chopped

carrots
cut up
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except bok choy) into a large pot, and cook over low heat, for 1 hour.
Add bok choy, and cook for 3-4 more minutes.
Serve, and enjoy!
