SIMPLE BOK CHOY SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 2 heads bok choy chopped
  • 6 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 carrots cut up

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except bok choy) into a large pot, and cook over low heat, for 1 hour.
  • Add bok choy, and cook for 3-4 more minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
