LEMON HALIBUT STEW

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 4 pounds halibut cut up
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger
  • 16 slices peeled lemon
  • 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Coat a large pot with the butter, place over low heat, then pour in the bone broth.
  • Once melted, add in all other ingredients (except halibut). Cook on low heat, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in halibut, and cook thoroughly.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
