LEMON HALIBUT STEW

Ingredients

quarts
bone broth
4
pounds
halibut
cut up

tablespoons
basil
1/2
tablespoon
ginger

slices
peeled lemon
8
tablespoons
grass-fed butter
Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Coat a large pot with the butter, place over low heat, then pour in the bone broth.
Once melted, add in all other ingredients (except halibut). Cook on low heat, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in halibut, and cook thoroughly.
Serve, and enjoy!
