LAMB SOUP

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb shanks small
  • 14 cups bone broth
  • 4 tablespoons dried basil
  • 4 tablespoons red pepper flakes or less, to taste
  • 10 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Put the lamb shanks in a slow cooker. Pour in the bone broth and add the butter.
  • Simmer until the lamb is very tender {this could be up to 10 hours).
  • Remove the shanks from the slow cooker, take the meat off the bone, and place the meat in bowls. Add the basil and red pepper flakes.
  • Add your favorite herbs and spices, and enjoy!
