MUSSEL STEW

Ingredients

  • 12 cups bone broth
  • 3 jalapenos seeded and sliced
  • 8 cups mussels cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Coat a large pot with the coconut oil, place over low heat, then pour in the bone broth.
  • Once melted, add in all other ingredients (except mussels). Cook on low heat, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in mussels, cook until opened.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
