EXTRA SPICY BONE BROTH

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 3 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter

Instructions

  • Melt butter in large pot, over low heat.
  • Pour in bone broth.
  • Stir in curry powder, followed by celery. Then, add the hot sauce.
  • After 20 minutes, check the taste of the broth, and add more hot sauce and continue cooking, if desired.
  • Strain the broth, serve, and enjoy!
