CLASSIC CRAB STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 2 pounds crab meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 6 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 stalks celery chopped

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except crab) into a large pot, and cook over low heat, for 30 minutes.
  • Add crab, and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
