CROCK POT BEEF STEW

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef cut up
  • 3 cups bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 carrots cut up
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients (except parsley) in crock pot, and cook on low for 5 hours. Season to desired taste.
  • Let cool, serve with parsley, and enjoy!
