EASY TURKEY SOUP

Ingredients

  • 12 cups bone broth 2 pounds turkey cut up
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Simmer the bone broth in a large pot, over low heat. In a separate skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, and cook the turkey until cooked all the way through.
  • Place the turkey in the broth, and sprinkle in the parsley. After 10 minutes of simmering, mix in the butter.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
