CABBAGE STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth 1/4 head green cabbage cored and finely sliced
  • 2 cups spinach 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Pour the broth into a large pot, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in allspice and turmeric. Then mix in the cabbage and spinach, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
