BONE BROTH PHO

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grass-fed meat cut up
  • 4 zucchini sliced as noodles
  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large slow cooker. Add in the grass-fed meat, and bone broth. Cook until meat is to desired tenderness.
  • Add in basil and cilantro. After 2-3 minutes, serve into bowls, along with the zucchini noodles. Add more bone broth, if desired, and enjoy!
