CELERY STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts broth 10 stalks celery thinly sliced 2 tablespoon turmeric 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Over low heat, pour the broth into a large pot, and bring to a simmer.
  • Mix in allspice, butter and turmeric. Simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mix in the celery, and simmer for another 10-20 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
