CELERY STEW

Ingredients

quarts
broth 10 stalks celery
thinly sliced 2 tablespoon turmeric 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
1/4
teaspoon
allspice
Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Over low heat, pour the broth into a large pot, and bring to a simmer.
Mix in allspice, butter and turmeric. Simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mix in the celery, and simmer for another 10-20 minutes.
Serve, and enjoy!
