CARROT BROTH STEW

Ingredients

coconut oil

pounds
grass-fed beef
cut up
4
carrots
chopped 4 cans tomato sauce
4
quarts
bone broth
1/3
cup
red pepper flakes
2
teaspoons
chili powder
4
tablespoons
red pepper flakes
Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Place a large pot over medium heat, and melt in coconut oil. Add beef, and cook thoroughly. Mix in all other ingredients, and bring temperature to low.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve, and enjoy!
