CARROT BROTH STEW

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 pounds grass-fed beef cut up
  • 4 carrots chopped 4 cans tomato sauce
  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 1/3 cup red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Place a large pot over medium heat, and melt in coconut oil. Add beef, and cook thoroughly. Mix in all other ingredients, and bring temperature to low.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
