BONE BROTH FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bone broth
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 4 cups spaghetti squash cooked and cut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons ghee

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients (except ghee) in a bowl, until everything is well-combined.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot griddle (greased with the ghee).
  • Cook until underside is golden brown, flip, and repeat.
  • Serve with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or nothing extra at all!
