BONE BROTH MACAROONS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bone broth
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate
  • 2 cups coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Whisk honey, eggs whites, and sea salt.
  • Add in coconut flakes, and coconut flour, mix, then refrigerate.
  • Shape batter into little balls, and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees, for 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle dark chocolate evenly over macaroons, after melting the chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  • Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
