Whisk honey, eggs whites, and sea salt.
Add in coconut flakes, and coconut flour, mix, then refrigerate.
Shape batter into little balls, and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees, for 10 minutes.
Drizzle dark chocolate evenly over macaroons, after melting the chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave.
