BAKED POTATO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 5 cups bone broth
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 4 pounds potatoes chopped
  • 1 pound chicken cut up
  • 6 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large pot, over low to medium heat.
  • Cook for 50-60 minutes, then ladle soup into blender in small batches, and blend until smooth.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
