PACIFIC STEW

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 10 cups bone broth
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/2 pound halibut cut up
  • *Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Coat a large pot with the coconut oil, place over low heat, then pour in the bone broth.
  • Once melted, add in all other ingredients (except halibut). Cook on low heat, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add halibut, and make sure it gets cooked thoroughly.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
