ASPARAGUS SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 3 pounds asparagus chopped, no ends
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • *Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large pot, over low to medium heat.
  • Cook for 30-45 minutes. Transfer to blender in small batches, and blend until smooth.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
