GOLDEN EGGS WITH EXTRA BROTH

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 10 eggs cooked, scrambled
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt coconut oil and butter. Add in remaining ingredients (except eggs). Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Split eggs onto 3 plates, and lightly pour broth over each. Place remaining broth into bowls, mugs, and storage containers, and enjoy!
