BONE BROTH WAFFLES

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except egg whites into one bowl, and mix well. Separately, whisk the egg whites, then combine with the rest of the ingredients, forming a consistent batter.
  • Use the ghee to coat the surface of the waffle iron, and then pour batter onto iron. Cook until golden brown, serve with your favorite fruit (if desired), and enjoy!
