
INSTANT POT® KETO GRASS FED BROTH WITH CLOVES
Serves about 8 people
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds grass fed beef
2 quarts bone broth2 whole cloves
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon allspice
5 tablespoons grass fed butter
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Mix in the grass fed beef, and cook until no longer pink.
2. Once cooked, pour in the bone broth, and let simmer on low heat.
3. After 5-10 minutes, sprinkle in cloves, paprika and allspice. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
4. When ready to eat, ladle out broth into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
