CAULIFLOWER CHILI

coconut oil

grass fed beef

bone broth

28-ounce can crushed tomatoes

chili powder

dried oregano

tablespoons
dried basil

cauliflower
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until there is no pink.
Add the broth, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil, and cauliflower. Cook for 30 minutes-1 hour on low, allowing chili to simmer.
When fully cooked, serve, and enjoy!
