In a large pot, add in coconut oil, and then grass-fed beef, over a low to medium heat. Let the beef remain over the heat, and make sure it cooks all the way through.
Add in the bone broth, and place on low heat. After 5 minutes, stir in butter. Next, sprinkle in the leeks, turmeric, cilantro, and basil. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
