SIMPLE OYSTER STEW

Ingredients
2
quarts
bone broth
5
dozen oysters
in liquid
8
tablespoons
grass-fed butter
1
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1
teaspoon
chili powder
1/4
teaspoon
basil
8
stalks celery
chopped
1
can coconut milk
optional
Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except oysters) into a large pot, and cook over low heat, for 30 minutes.
Add in oysters, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove and test an oyster, to see if it is to your desired consistency. You do not want to overcook the oysters.
Serve, and enjoy!
