pork backbones

coconut oil

bone broth
*Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a large pot. Add in the pork backbones, and cook until darkened.
Pour in the bone broth, and then sprinkle in allspice and chili powder. Let simmer, on low heat, for 30 minutes.
Serve, and enjoy!
