CINNAMON PUMPKIN SHAKE

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend on medium power, until achieving desired consistency.
  • Pour into glass (or shaker cup) - and enjoy!
