
INSTANT POT® KETO GINGER TURMERIC BONE BROTH SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup bone broth
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup raspberries
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons MCT oil
1 cup ice
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Liberally grease the bottom of the inner pot with your preferred cooking oil, then pour in all ingredients (except ice cubes and protein powder).
2. Select Sauté mode, and stir continuously – until all ingredients are melted.
3. Carefully pour mixture into a blender, add protein powder, and blend until reaching desired consistency. Serve with ice cubes, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend on medium power, until achieving desired consistency.
3. Pour into glass (or shaker cup) – and enjoy!
