Instant Pot® Keto Garlic Steak

INSTANT POT® KETO GARLIC STEAK

Serves about 4 people

INGREDIENTS
4 grass fed rib eye steaks
6 tablespoons coconut oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups bone broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 tablespoons paprika
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.

2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.

3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.

4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!

TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. In a skillet, place the coconut oil, and cook the steaks on medium heat, for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Place them in a pan and then cook them in the oven at 250 F.

2. Meanwhile, pour the bone broth in a large pot, and simmer over low heat. Sprinkle in the parsley, dried basil, and paprika.

3. Once cooked to satisfaction, remove the steaks from the oven and place the garlic evenly on top. Serve with the bone broth and enjoy!
