Turnip Stew

TURNIP STEW
Serves about 5 people

INGREDIENTS
3 pounds lamb neck, cut up
5 turnips, peeled and cut
5 cups bone broth
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon paprika
4 tablespoons grass fed butter
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

RECIPE
1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
2. Cook, covered, until the lamb is very tender (this could be a few hours).
3. To serve, lift out of the pot, place stew in bowls, and enjoy!
