
INSTANT POT® KETO BONE BROTH COFFEE

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup bone broth
1 cup coffee
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon MCT oil
4 bone broth ice cubes (optional)
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
Option 1: If you prefer warm coffee, make sure you have a fresh cup just brewed. Stir in the MCT oil, followed by the bone broth. Then stir in the cinnamon.
Option 2: If you prefer cold coffee, make sure you have cold brew coffee ready, and follow the above steps, replacing the bone broth with 4 bone broth ice cubes.
