Instant Pot® Keto Crock Pot Chicken

INSTANT POT® KETO CROCK POT CHICKEN

Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly

Serves about 3 people

INGREDIENTS
1 small chicken
7 cups water
4 cloves garlic
3 stalks celery
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.

2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.

3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.

4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!

TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Add all ingredients to the crock pot, making sure the chicken goes in last, on top of the other ingredients.

2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

3. Take the chicken out of the pot, and shred the meat. Then, return the meat to the broth, and enjoy!
