Simple Cauliflower Bone Broth

SIMPLE CAULIFLOWER BONE BROTH

Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly

Serves about 8 people

INGREDIENTS
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 quarts bone broth
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 stalks celery, chopped
*Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

RECIPE
1. Add all ingredients into a large pot, and cook over low heat, for 3-4 hours.

2. If not blended to satisfaction, ladle soup into a blender in small batches, and blend until desired consistency.

3. Serve, and enjoy!
