Instant Pot® Keto Bone Broth French Toast

INSTANT POT® KETO BONE BROTH FRENCH TOAST

Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly

Serves about 4 people

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup bone broth
4 eggs
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
4 cups spaghetti squash, cooked and cut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons ghee

INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.

2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.

3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.

4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!

TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Mix all ingredients (except ghee) in a bowl, until everything is well-combined.

2. Pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot griddle (greased with the ghee).

3. Cook until underside is golden brown, flip, and repeat.

4. Serve with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or nothing extra at all!
